DOG HAUS BIERGARTEN
The New Dog Haus Restaurant was a Scott General Contracting interior buildout including the first floor of an existing historic 85-year-old three story building located in a upcoming trendy area in downtown Chicago.
State of the art Kitchen ventilation systems were installed along with updated electrical systems and plumbing.
Interior walls and floors were installed to reflect the finishes required in the corporate specifications.
Specifications included a custom polished concrete bar top, and vintage wood planking accenting the exposed walls and bar.
Folding storefront glass windows were installed to create an open dining area practical when weather appropriate.
Multiple project challenges surfaced in updating the older structure and conforming stringent codes required by the building commissioner all met by the team at SCOTT General Contracting.
SCOTT is proud to announce "to date" this location outperformed all Dog Haus Restaurants throughout the country.
