DITKA'S GRILL
Scott General Contracting recently completed and transformed the old Bank of America building into the new DITKA’s GRILL located in the beautiful downtown district of Wheaton, IL.
The new DITKA’s GRILL is a luxurious, dynamically lighted restaurant space infused with contemporary and traditional inspirations that blends perfectly throughout its spacious floor plan.
Additionally the old banks outdoor Drive-Thru lanes were removed and converted into a beautiful enclosed outdoor patio custom designed and fabricated by SCOTT
General Contracting.
SGC worked diligently with project designer, architect, suppliers, fabricators and subcontractors to complete this
"state of the art" restaurant facility.
The nearly 5,000 square foot space formerly Bank of America required a complete overhaul in order to meet and facilitate stringent and sound customer specifications.
The demolition process was extensive and involved removing 100% of the interior including a panelized concrete vault that was removed in sections and lifted through the old banks drive-thru windows.
The transformation from the old Bank of America to the New DITKA's GRILL was approximately 7 months.
