We used Scott General Contracting to build our first Oak Lawn Nothing Bundt Cakes location in 2015.
Mike and his team were nothing short of fantastic. We never have been through a commercial build out before and his team kept us informed every step of the way.
They handed the building over, from start to finish in an astonishing 44 days - a record build out time for the franchise system at the time.
The quality and craftmanship, the solutioning on inevitable obstacles and the top-notch communication made the process easy to understand.

Nothing Bundt Cakes
I have had the pleasure of working directly with Mr. Scott on several projects in the past and most recently at University Medical Center located in Tinley Park Illinois. The scope of work for this project involved repositioning a bank building into an orthopedic medical center complete with two Xray rooms as well as a state-of-the-art MRI room.
Scott General Contacting has illustrated their attention to detail, quality, and safety on several occasions. It is the policy of this company to strive for the highest safety standards as well as the strictest attention to detail.
Scheduling within the construction industry is typically an art form and Mr. Scott has been able to effectively meet project schedule requirements as well as aid in the architecture issues that come up when repositioning a building into another purpose. Scott General Contracting has been exceptionally accommodating when dealing with unforeseen conditions and potential change orders.
I would like to thank Michael Scott personally for making this project such a success. Medical buildings can be somewhat tricky to build considering all the regulations that must be adhered too.
Scott General Contracting did an exceptional job completing this building on budget and in the time frame as originally planned.
I will be using Scott General Contacting again and I would highly recommend his company to others.
