OBERWEIS Dairy & Ice Cream in the beautiful downtown
historic area of Winnetka IL.
This project transformed a former flooring store in a challenging location into the first flagship prototype for the new OBERWEIS brand design.
The new site required complex construction logistics, including full electrical upgrades for the entire building and a modernized fire-alarm system. The store features custom millwork, a signature waffle-cone ceiling, and bespoke ice-cream design elements that elevate the guest experience. Additional enhancements include detailed tile work, upgraded lighting, and handcrafted finishes throughout to introduce OBERWEIS’ next-generation retail concept.
