P.F. Changs Restaurant

We're excited to share a look at one of our latest restaurant construction projects that's a transformation of a former Aeropostale retail space at Greenwood Park Mall in the Indianapolis area into a stunning new P.F. Chang’s restaurant.

 

Spanning approximately 6,000 square feet, this 24-week project is entering its final stages, with just eight weeks remaining until completion.

 

Known for its Asian-inspired cuisine and international presence of approximately 300 restaurants across more than 20 countries, P.F. Chang’s brings a distinctive vision to every location — and this project is no exception.

 

From intricate custom tile installations and beautifully crafted cabinetry to striking wall graphics and artistic architectural details, every element is designed to create an immersive dining experience. One of the standout features is the custom-designed bar, showcasing stunning decorative wall tiles and bold graphics that celebrate the restaurant's Asian-inspired aesthetic.

 

And we're not stopping in Indiana!

We're also underway on a second P.F. Chang’s project in Katy, Texas, where we're transforming a former Rainforest Cafe into another exciting dining destination. With completion anticipated in the first quarter of 2027, this unique conversion promises another opportunity to showcase the creativity and craftsmanship that go into bringing distinctive restaurant concepts to life.
