FACT 1
SCOTT General Contracting was involved with this project with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Kitchen
Equipment Co, and Landlord from the evolution of this restaurant.

FACT 2
SCOTT General Contracting provided Construction Management Services for the entire project.
​
FACT 3
SCOTT General Contracting selected the General Contractor for this project and managed the construction,
vendor, municipality, landlord, Millwork, Kitchen equipment, and payment processes and procedures for
this project.

FACT 4
SCOTT General Contracting held weekly ZOOM Calls with entire project team lead by Mike Scott from SGC,
those in attendance were (Architect, Kitchen Equipment Co., General Contractor, Low Voltage Contractor, Owner,
Owner’s Representatives, and Designers..

FACT 5
SCOTT General Contracting representative visited the job site every two weeks and held onsite construction meetings
with Contractors, Subcontractors, and Vendors. On some occasions the owners were present for these meetings.

FACT 6
SCOTT General Contracting representative was present for last week of project to manage processes with General
Contractor, Owner, Vendors, and installation companies, along with subcontractors.

FACT 7
SCOTT General Contracting processed a details Punch List, managed completion of Punch List, and visited location
after restaurant was open to insure completion of this list before General Contractor Final Payment was made.

FACT 8
SCOTT General Contracting managed all Change Orders and Landlord extra work along with final payment
procedures for owner to received its Tenant Improvement Allowance.
